Frequently Asked Questions

1. What will happen during the activities?

Students will engage in the fundamental aspects of theatre through numerous games and activities. Focusing on Characterization, exploring improvisation, story- telling, expanding vocabulary and enhancing voice and speech.

2. What are the benefits to children?

Building Confidence, improving communication skill through interaction with fellow students, Developing teamwork and leadership skills. Building creativity

3. Will there be a stage show?

Yes, students will participate and perform in a yearly show.

4. Is there a trial session?

Yes, paid trial is optional subject to class size and availability   

5. Are there charges for materials or uniform?

No charges for materials. The Drama Club T-shirts are available to order if requested.

6. Is any special clothing required?

Comfortable clothing that allows movements is preferred. Pants, t-shirts, socks and shoes.

7. What language is the activity provided in?

The drama lessons will be conducted in English

8. Where is the collection point for children?

The students will be brought to the facility of the ASA by their teacher on their respective ASA days.

9. Where is the drop off for children?

Once the lesson has come to end, students will be collected from the facility to parents pick up point.

10. Can parents stay and watch?

It is not recommended for parents to stay and watch. Students need to remain focused during sessions.

11. Do you offer a discount for siblings?

Discount Sibling packages are not available at this time. Students will be charged individually per session.

12. When do fees need to be paid?

Fees need to paid prior to the start of term. Please see payment details.

13. How many sessions are there this term?

3-5 years – 1(one) weekly session

6-8 Years – 1(one) weekly session

9-12 Years- 1(one) weekly session

14. Do you offer supervision before and after the activity for early drop-off or late pick-up?

No – Parents or caregivers must drop-off and collect students promptly. 

15. Are students reimbursed if they miss a session?

No credit will be given if students do not attend specific classes. Parents to notify teacher if student misses a class

16. Do you have courses for adults?

Adult classes are on the horizon.
